Pastor Eli and Olivia Marez have been serving the Lord Jesus Christ in ministry for 25 years. After receiving guidance and direction from God, they stepped out in faith to start building a “church for the people, about the people.” Courageously, they embarked upon their calling to establish Family Restoration Community Church (FRCC). Both Pastor Eli and Olivia feel called to the City of Tucson to serve the hurting and brokenhearted. They desire to help people discover God’s purpose for their lives. They are passionate about serving many underserved and oppressed populations which includes (but is not limited to) mentally ill, addicted, orphaned, widowed and incarcerated individuals. Their desire is to bring restoration and divine order back to families, marriages, children, homes, and government at the local, state and national level. They want to impact people’s lives by healthy relationships built through interactive church fellowship.

prayer, worship and servant leadership. We believe our God
calling is for discipleship, deliverance and healing. Our
desire is to see people walk in their true identity and wholeness
in Jesus Christ. We want to see people and families experience
God’s love and the freedom that God intended for their lives and
families. FRCC is a church about relationship, connection,
restoration, redemption, and recovery. The heartbeat of FRCC
ministry comes from Matthew 20:28 “Your attitude must be like my
own, for I, the Messiah, did not come to be served, but to serve,
and to give my life as ransom for many.”
